Temos consciência que há situações que nos exigem explorar novas formas de atuação para, assim, se manter em contato com o mercado. Um exemplo disso são as profissionais mulheres que se tornam mães e se veem frente o desafio de alinhar o novo momento à carreira. Pensando em situações como esta, criamos o projeto Mães Advogadas, que surge para aproveitar o talento dessas profissionais com uma demanda que não prejudique a dedicação aos seus recém-nascidos, por meio da produção de conteúdo técnico e textos com uma visão jurídica para gerar inputs para o mercado, e ao mesmo tempo, treinar novos profissionais. Uma forma de dar a essas profissionais o reconhecimento necessário em um momento importante de suas vidas, e auxiliar no retorno ao mercado.
