Boriska Rocha worked for 10 years in the labor area of Machado Meyer Advogados, and in the past 6 years she was the partner in charge of the area at CFA (in cooperation with the international firm Garrigues).  She is focusing on assisting large companies on their labor practices, RH policies, hiring and termination of key employees and strategic litigation. She has  obtained her LL.M from King’s College London (2006) and is ranked by the legal directories Chambers Latin America, Who’s Who Legal and Legal 500.
