João Batista Pereira Neto worked 14 years at Machado Meyer. He has extensive experience in representing companies in collective and union negotiations, drafting variable compensation an profit sharing programs and in representing companies in collective and individual labor litigation and in discussions with the Labor Prosecutor Office. He is graduate and masters degree in Labor Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and Auditor of the Full Court of Sports Justice of the São Paulo Football Federation.
